This is the phylosophy behind our cooking school, where you leave Capri's glamour behind for a few hours and emerge yourself in a truly local experience.
After the arranged pick-up, the experience begins with a photographic viewport facing the Amalfi Coast.
As you arrive, there will be a refreshing aperitif waiting for you.
During this class you will learn seafood traditional cooking hacks and techniques and the necessary tricks for selecting the freshest produce.
Your will acquire, by doing, the necessary techniques to make the classic peppered mussels, the authentic spaghetti with clams, our traditional "catch of the day" as a main course-
Your will learn to make the traditional Caprese lemon dessert
During you experience you will learn about different traditional food, local ingredients, recipes, and why they became the base of the Mediterranean diet.
Pick- up ( on foot as the house is located with no vehiacle access)
Tasting of locally sourced artisanal "Seacuterie"
Impepata di cozze and a glass of regional natural white wine
Pasta with vongole ( clams) and a glass of regional natural white wine
Spigola all'acqua pazza al forno and a glass of regional natural white wine
Traditional caprese a limone dessert paired with a local after dinner liqueur.
Transfer to Capri

06:30 PM : Arrive at home and welcome Aperitivo
07:00 PM : Hands on food preparation
09:00 PM : Time to eat what you made
